The truth is you’re obsessed with all the beautiful spaces you see, but you’re busy and pulling a room together the way you want is hard.
In between meetings, work, family stuff, and everything else you’ve got going on, you’re pinning and hearting all those rooms that take your breath away and feeling totally overwhelmed by all the things you have to do to get the look for yourself.
Basically, you’re super busy and you want a space that makes you feel relaxed and tranquil when you’re done doing for everybody else! You just want a space that makes you feel peaceful and allows you to recharge from the marathon that is your life, but you’re getting down because you’re scared of making bad decisions.
You don’t want to have to deal with taking more time, money and effort to fix something that is supposed to be your peaceful retreat. That defeats the whole purpose, right?
If you can relate to any of this, you’re in the right place!
Creating your dream space doesn’t have to be stressful and you don’t have to dread making “decorating mistakes” or wasting money on things that won’t work.
I know that being as busy as you are, you don’t want to spend your weekends popping into every furniture and home décor store hoping that the perfect pieces will just jump out at you. Believe me, I enjoy shopping and I know the thrill of the hunt is super fun, but you have a to do list as long as your arm and Monday is creeping up on you like Trump behind Hillary in 2016. Like, yikes!
I also know that you definitely don’t want to get caught up in all the excitement of buying everything only to find out that your perfect find, isn’t so perfect. Maybe it’s too big or too small or the wrong color or any number of possible “wrong fit” scenarios. That can take the wind right out of a decorating project.
The truth is nobody likes to spend money on furniture or décor that doesn’t work. It’s a hassle to try to return it and then having to start all over again is total bummer.
You want to use your time decorating your space wisely because you have a life and other things to do…
My approach to home decorating is simple: You tell me what you want to accomplish and I'll create the customized e-design plan that gets you there.
I can take all the things you love, from all the places you’re inspired by, and find the common threads that unite the look that you’re longing for. Together, we’ll create a actionable plan that is completely customized to what you want, saving you time, money and headaches.
Best of all, you’ll be enjoying your ideal space sooner rather than spending all your time dreaming of how it might look and what it could be. Action brings satisfaction!

Reason’s You’re Going To Want To Work With Me
I have 10 years of custom furniture design experience, so I know how stuff is made, what’s good and what’s not.
I’ve been creating digital designs for over 10 years, long before e-design was thing. I’m pretty awesome on the computer and I can show you exactly how your space can look so you don’t have to worry about buying something you’re not sure about. I’ll show you a space you’ll love so much you’ll want to move right in to the rendering!
I’m a space planning expert and that means I can design your room no matter what the size or how you want it to function. It doesn’t matter if it’s huge or tiny, I will show you how to best utilize the space you have.
Your home is unique to you. There is no one fits all scenario here. That means, unlike certain companies who offer a “designer” cattle call service – where you’re matched up like online dating - hoping for the best; it’s not about volume with me. It’s about the quality of your project and offering you a fully custom, uniquely YOU experience for your project.
I became a Certified Interior Decorator in 2008, a Certified Interior Environment Coach in 2010 and I got my custom furniture design certification in 2011, so I know how to recommend products that will fit your lifestyle best and how they will perform over time. Rest assured, I wouldn’t ever tell you to get something I wouldn’t have in my own home, you have my word on that!
What I’m all about? Thought you’d never ask…
I’m 60% Nate Berkus, 40% Candice Olson, and 10% Martha Stewart, right before a taping of Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party. I’m funny, loyal, creative and quick to pick up most things techy. Test me on anything from the 1980’s. I think my brain was set to record for the entire decade.
As a kid in the late 80’s and early 90’s, I couldn’t wait for Saturday because I would watch The Christopher Lowell Show on Discovery Channel. Remember him? Not familiar? Hmmm.. Well, he was a pre-HGTV design show guru and he was hilarious, dressing up in costumes, decorating the crap out of white rooms, I was hooked! Yes, I was a special lad!
I am a huge music fan. I love going to concerts and fan boy-ing out on my favorite bands. Love Alternative rock! You can usually find me scream singing in my car, sporting a pair of beat up Chucks, on the way to some random rock show. I usually post about my adventures on my socials…
Not-so-guilty pleasures include: Most all Netflix shows, Stranger Things, yo! I watch wayyy too much YouTube, mostly DIY content because people are brilliant and I am endlessly amazed at what creativity can do! And, old Saturday Night Live clips because the world needs more cowbell – always! And because Kristen Wiig is a national treasure.
I'm obsessed with meditating, essential oils, natural crystals and air plants (how do they live without dirt??!)... Yep, and I recycle… So I think I’m pretty much a hippie.
I love to read “Self Enrichment” authors, a.k.a. self help. When you invest in yourself there is nothing you can’t do… Don’t worry, I have a therapist too!
