Website & Blog:

All designs, renderings, floor plans, workshop courses, logos and any item created by or designed by Michael Helwig Interiors are the sole property of Michael Helwig Interiors. You may post any photo or graphic created by Michael Helwig Interiors but you must give credit and link back to the original post and give credit to Michael Helwig Interiors. Thank you for your cooperation.

Client Work:

Michael Helwig Interiors reserves the right to use your e-design project in order to display the type of work we do. No personal identifying information such as name, address or any contact information will ever be shared and we do not share your resources. 

Image Use on the Blog:

We always credit the image source used on any blog post with proper credit. If you are the owner and you find that any image has been credited incorrectly we will correct the matter promptly or remove it from the blog. 

Refund Policy:

All services are non-refundable. The services at Michael Helwig Interiors are custom and specific to each individual client. I strive to create the very best design for every client and I encourage you to submit as many pictures that reflect your personal style as possible. For my Simply Complete clients, If you are not satisfied with how your e-design turns out, I will gladly revise your design, at no additional charge, one time, and after further clarification is established, documented, and agreed upon by both parties.

e-Design

Complete, Enhanced, Paint, Floor Plan, Furniture & Decor Sourcing and Wall Elevation are online decorating consultative services only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your individual space. None of these services are intended for construction purposes.  
Michael Helwig Interiors will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care and the orderly progress of the e-design project.

Complete, Enhanced, Paint, Floor Plan, Furniture & Decor Sourcing and Wall Elevation clients agree to correspond strictly through scheduled online communication. If additional communication is requested, a fee of $83.00/hour will be collected by Michael Helwig Interiors and the additional communication will be scheduled. 

Michael Helwig Interiors will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connection with the e-design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, supplier, store or other person performing the work on the e-design project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.

Michael Helwig Interiors cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for e-design project. 

Currently All design and e-design services offered by Michael Helwig Interiors pertain only to clients residing in the United States and Canada. Most resourcing is limited to the United States of America. If you reside outside of the United States, please contact me to see if arrangements to work together can be made. 

Payment for any service provided by Michael Helwig Interiors will be made in U.S. currency only. Payment in full is required before we will commence work on any design.

All room measurements and any furniture measurements staying in the room must be complete. Blue prints/ Floor plans must be complete. All photographs pertaining to the space must also be complete before work can begin on the design. Early stage construction or rooms with incomplete measurements cannot be used.
