Simply Complete, Simply Enhanced and Simply Color are online decorating consultative services only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your individual space. None of these services are intended for construction purposes.  
Michael Helwig Interiors will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care and the orderly progress of the e-décor project.

Simply Complete, Simply Enhanced and Simply Color clients agree to correspond strictly through scheduled online communication. If additional communication is requested, a fee of $75.00/hour will be collected by Michael Helwig Interiors and the additional communication will be scheduled. 

Michael Helwig Interiors will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connection with the e-décor project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, supplier, store or other person performing the work on the e-décor project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.

Michael Helwig Interiors cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for e-décor project. 

Currently All design and e-design services offered by Michael Helwig Interiors pertain only to clients residing in the United States and Canada. Most resourcing is limited to the United States of America. If you reside outside of the United States, please contact me to see if arrangements to work together can be made. 

Payment for any service provided by Michael Helwig Interiors will be made in U.S. currency only. Payment in full is required before we will commence work on any design.

All room measurements and any furniture measurements staying in the room must be complete. Blue prints/ Floor plans must be complete. All photographs pertaining to the space must also be complete before work can begin on the design. Early stage construction or rooms with incomplete measurements cannot be used.

Teleconferencing Services: IN THE EVENT OF TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES: We may have to reschedule our appointment. I will make every effort to schedule another appointment as soon as possible.
Teleconferencing Services: Client must have a device with teleconferencing capabilities.
If a client finds that their project must to be delayed, the client has a one-time opportunity to have their project placed on hold. After no more than one year, the client can notify us that they would like us to resume work on their design. It is the client’s responsibility to contact Michael Helwig Interiors to let us know that they wish to resume work on their design. It is not possible to retain your position on Michael Helwig Interiors projects list and therefore the client’s project will be scheduled after any active projects at the time their project resumes. After one year on hold, the client’s project will be removed from the list and Michael Helwig Interiors will have met its obligation.
