The holidays are a wonderful time to catch up with the people you cherish but it can also me a hectic time: last minute parties, work deadlines, school concerts and a whole lot of other things that demand your time and attention. Before you spend time addressing all those other tasks, I’d like to share with you a simple morning routine that has helped me to keep everything in my life in check.
